The unknown miscreants attacked the Lal-Mianpolice check post with a hand grenade on Monday evening. According to police sources, unidentified miscreants hurled a hand grenade at the check post. As a result, one policeman named Sana ur Rehman got injured while the accused managed to escape. The injured policeman was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Tank. District Police Officer Waqar Ahmed, immediately after the attack, reached the site along with contingent of force. The police registered a case against the unknown accused and started investigation.
